Salesforce is considered as a “source of truth” for all sales related data in CRM. To maintain the spirit of “source of truth”, Pudding supported 2-way sync since beginning for sales engineering and Proof of Concept(POC) information. Salesforce being such a critical app for POC management, we continuously tried different methods to improve Pudding’s integration with salesforce.

We are now announcing a new and improved method of integration with salesforce. One of the key benefit is rapid and easy integration of Salesforce.com (SFDC) with Pudding. It continues to provide 2-way sync of Proof of Concept (POC) data. Pudding enables enterprises to create custom integration solutions. Pudding takes care of mapping SFDC records with Pudding and vice-versa.

“With automated sync between Pudding and Salesforce, Sales leaders can rely on Pudding being a high-quality data source for Salesforce.”

– Vik Arya, CEO and Co-founder, Pudding App.

Pudding users can build flexible workflows to sync data with SFDC accounts. The control of what data is synced with Salesforce has never been so easier. Now that Pudding takes care of salesforce sync, the sales reports are more accurate as they get fed with almost real time data from POC and field activities. It’s a win-win for both sales and sales engineering teams.
